Our Service Centre offers you the chance to maintain and extend the life of your Rab kit. It’s the best thing for the planet, and for your wallet.
So you have purchased a wash from our website, what happens next?
1) DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM BACK TO US YET.
In the next few days, USPS will deliver an envelope with packaging, a return label, and the Rab Wash form.
2) Please complete the Rab Wash form and take this opportunity to add any supporting information that you would like to bring to our attention.
3) Place your item and the completed Rab Wash form in the packaging provided and ensure that it is secure enough to make it back to us, but not so secure that we cannot open it without causing additional damage to what is inside.
4) Add the provided FedEx return label to the outside of the package.
5) Drop the parcel off at your nearest FedEx drop box. To locate your closest drop box, please use this link:
6) Once we receive your package, we will wash your item and return it to the shipping address shown on the Rab Wash form. If we need to contact you about anything, we will use the contact details provided when you placed the order.
