Need a Spare part or have accidentally damaged an item and need a Repair? Please visit our Service Center to see the options available.

Our Rab Promise is designed to bring you the longest and most rewarding experience possible from your jacket, sleeping bag, or pack. As the original owner, if your item should fail due to a manufacturing defect during its usable lifetime, we will step in and make it right - and if it falls outside of the warranty's terms, don't worry. You still get full access to the specialist expertise of our in-house Service Center.


If your item arrived damaged, please contact the retailer you bought it from. They will have a procedure in place to ensure your issue is resolved quickly. 

If you purchased the item directly from us, or if your retailer is unable to assist, please complete our Service Center Request Form and we will come back to you swiftly with a resolution.    


If the Spare part or Repair you require is not listed, please then contact us using the Service Center Request Form and we will see what we can offer, (please do check first, otherwise, you may only be redirected back to the Service Centre)

Please do not send your item back to us without following the above Service Request. Any items received without a Rab Service Center generated returns label will not be processed.
